Sales & Account Manager Italy (m/w/d)

advanced store GmbH, founded in Berlin in 2008, offers data-driven and scalable performance marketing solutions. We operate worldwide as a digital advertising service provider in the areas of performance display ads, native ads and social media ads. With our team of more than 40 people, we generate more than 50,000 transactions per month for our clients.

We support clients worldwide, plan and coordinate online campaigns for them, analyze performance and develop optimization proposals. We present our company at events and coordinate various marketing activities to further raise our profile. You are the spearhead in Italy and drive our business forward.

Your tasks

  • Design and implementation of strategic measures for existing partnerships on the italian market in performance marketing field
  • Maintain and expand customer relationships long-term in the Italian region
  • Identifying trends and insights in the Italian market in digital advertising industry
  • Development and selection of suitable measures for the acquisition of new customers
  • Manage and execute implementation of new advertising campaigns
  • Performance measurement, analysis and optimization of campaigns and their key performance metrics based on daily, weekly and monthly monitoring
  • Creation of campaign plans and offers and their evaluation
  • Support in the preparation and follow-up of trade fairs, events and customer appointments
  • Support in the further development of our internal processes

What you should bring along

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in digital advertising, affiliate marketing or programmatic advertising
  • Good understanding of performance marketing industry
  • Experience in account management, sales or business development in digital marketing field preferable
  • Fluent knowledge of Italian (native speaker)
  • Very good knowledge of written and spoken English, knowledge of German favourable
  • Experience in developing and executing project plans with a track record of on-time and  on-budget delivery
  • Very good numerical comprehension and analytical thinking
  • Independent and self-reliant way of working
  • Organisational talent, flexibility and absolute reliability
