advanced store, founded in 2008 in Berlin, provides data-driven and scalable digital marketing solutions. We operate worldwide as a service provider in digital advertising in the areas of performance display ads, native ads, and social media ads. Since 2018, the project mycashbacks.com has been part of our portfolio, serving as a platform for both shops and end customers as well as a white-label solution for partners. Our team, located in the heart of Berlin, believes in automation and the associated efficiency improvements in online marketing solutions. For this reason, we constantly develop our media technology and broaden our horizons.

• During your training, you will get to know all relevant content and go through various departments such as Account Management (Advertiser and Publisher DACH and INT), Ad Operations, Marketing, and Controlling. Step by step, we will guide you into professional practice and familiarize you with the different areas of this innovative industry.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support in coordinating our performance display, retargeting, and social campaigns (preparation, implementation, and optimization)
• Learning about and collaborating with various e-commerce companies (online shops, agencies, affiliate networks, publishers, marketing/analytics tools, etc.)
• Creating and maintaining banners and online ads across various platforms with tracking links
• Developing campaign plans and offers
• Creating and analyzing performance reports, including key online marketing metrics
• Preparing and following up on trade fairs, events, and customer meetings
• Supporting the development of our internal processes

What you bring:

• A good secondary school diploma (MSA) / higher education entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife) or Abitur
• A strong interest in online and e-commerce trends
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Good written and spoken English
• High willingness to learn and commitment
• Reliability, responsibility, and motivation

What to expect:

• Home office option (1-2 days a week)
• Full coverage of the training ticket
• Flexible working hours, so your personal life isn’t compromised
• Office with good transport connections, snacks, drinks, and a play corner
• Regular team events, team trips, and celebrations
• A dedicated training supervisor and regular feedback sessions
• Independent work and responsibility

• As a data-driven company, we develop tools that our publishers can integrate into their websites, known as performance ads. Additionally, we work on our own programmatic solutions (DSP, SSP, DMP).

Our trainees are trained in programming languages and practical skills. From the start, they are involved in our web projects and gain solid programming knowledge, along with insights into project planning, management, and customer communication.

Learn with us:

• Assess the cost/benefit of IT decisions

What you bring:

• A very good secondary school diploma (Realschule) or good higher education entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife) or Abitur
• Basic experience with JavaScript
• Basic experience with Java
• Basic experience with HTML, CSS
• Basic knowledge of object-oriented programming is a plus
• Analytical thinking
• Good written and spoken English
• High willingness to learn and commitment
• Reliability, responsibility, and motivation
